When putting together an offer for the notes, with a contingency on the data and an end date to the 12%, that's different than saying "soon", "1/2 yard", etc. The terms are not ambiguous, the contingency is clear. 4 months from June 30th. The events are clear "release of clinical trial data and a next private placement offering (“Next Offering”) after this release"
I think this is the internal planning of the company and they convinced up to note holders up to $1.9M worth. The note holders are OK with it. Both sides win. I would say we've never seen such a clear deadline.
I don't need to argue with you. I can understand why you'd think it's chicken feed consequence. I don't.
