well I sure as hell hope it does mean something because we cant go on like this. At some point, no sane lender would want to lend Northwest any money anymore SP keeps tanking, and then it's topline data or go down and take your beautiful topline data with you into your business grave. As they say in Dutch at some point the shore turns the ship.

But I agree with you the market has arrived now at a first see then believe basis with Northwest.

Hi Flipper,

I do appreciate your posts, thanks for sharing your thoughts on this board.

When putting together an offer for the notes, with a contingency on the data and an end date to the 12%, that's different than saying "soon", "1/2 yard", etc. The terms are not ambiguous, the contingency is clear. 4 months from June 30th. The events are clear "release of clinical trial data and a next private placement offering (“Next Offering”) after this release"

I think this is the internal planning of the company and they convinced up to note holders up to $1.9M worth. The note holders are OK with it. Both sides win. I would say we've never seen such a clear deadline.

I don't need to argue with you. I can understand why you'd think it's chicken feed consequence. I don't.

Best of luck with your investments!
