If an acquirer believes its share price to be overvalued it may be more
willing to use its stock as currency for a BO. Today, Pfizer stock hit
an all time high and has a market cap around $280 billion. Should PFE
decide to acquire AMRN I think that day would be a ways off...unless
some other BP beats them to the punch.
