It goes without saying that gambling in pinks is high risk/high reward. I have experienced both. Yet, I cannot see the benefit of Sellers wanting to keep a 7cent pps depressed. Sorry, but it just does not make sense. An increasing share price will benefit him now as well as later. If the hypothetical good news does materialize, the pps will run regardless of level. GLTA!
