No issues with the podcast.

Concern is: would you want to attract the attention of the agencies by toeing that fine line while sharing exclusive information to a select few who tune in; moreover a rebuttal from the other company does not do anybody any favors and is bad publicity (avoidable).

Better to keep mum and not telegraph such ideas, as there is a time and a method to do that. After all, those who have authority should act responsibly too.
