I know where you are coming from, I've been invested since 2013.

However, this is the first time we see any contract based on a contingency based on a timeframe on data publication. On June 30th, they planned to have the data released before Oct. 30th, that is what's written here. (actually, it would need to be some time before in order to get the offering out, etc.).

The manufacturing planning comforts that internal planning.
