Simple, it is a reverse merger Lazar play. New owners of the ticker symbol. Basically this was a defunct company and Lazar took it over cleaned it up and sold it to the new owners. No filings from the previous owners of the stock for a long time but now there are new owners and filings in the works. Stop sign is all but guaranteed to go bye bye when otc updates. Cheap price now, not so cheap after the stop sign goes away. JMO Besides the new owners of EGOC have substantial plans including uplisting to Nasdaq very quickly. Cheers.
