Hi JLW, driving daughter to Scottsdale for Residency and read the 10Q. I tt Dr Lebby at the 2018 ASM about ending the relationship with LPC and he said they will move on in due time. Well the best news in the 10Q is LPC is done along with $14MM in cash with no debt. I was surprised to not see any news on the NASDAQ uplist but I’m confident Dr Lebby has used the same new lawfirm for the $100MM shelf offering to also prepare the NASDAQ application. I believe updated news is coming before next month’s conference regarding the uplist and/or relationship with one of NDA’s signed. JMHO and Best to the longs…
