it does not change anything, not even Linda P can argue that our TLD is not material information .. so a PR with TLD must and will always come before a scientific journal. However, there is that loophole if a scientific journal is published while the market is closed .. then they just have to PR the TLD before it opens ... but we will probably see that in 2022, if we are lucky ;-)
