Well....it was gonna be a vanity publication. Problem (for him) is, I believe, that he was paid an advance by Frizzy and his friends.

Not to mention the cash he got from the people who ordered in advance.

I'll give some thought to the title.

uber, ... Like you, I had an idea of writing a book about the scam that I lost 6 figures in - ECNC.

It never happened. I had this wild idea that the CEO would rat on the rest of the ring of crooks rather than go to prison. But, he clammed up, trundled off to Club Fed and is due to get out in April (after almost 5 years behind bars).

I guess he had enough salted away offshore and/or was too scard of those LV shady people he was letting rape the company. In any event, the feds got him only for phony PRs. Nobody else was indicted. Many of those shady LV people just moved on to PCBM and CMKX.

That's why I'm here. I'm hoping the feds squeeze UC's nuts hard enough that he gives up Edwards (the front man) and Jensen (the "marketing" genius). And, I'm also hoping that they give up the poeple who launder the money.

Most likely, however, UC will have enough salted away and will be too scared to talk about his "friends" who set him up in the gig. So, like me, you will probably only have bits and pieces of what went on with CMKX and very little to write about. That, plus your worthless certificates. ... eom
