I lived in Keller most of my life. I lived in Keller when it was only 5000 people. I still own land next to Bear Creek Park in Keller. It is land that has mostly been developed into residential lots and all that remains now is retail land that my sister and I keep cattle on to avoid paying taxes. Texas is one of 5 states that has an agricultural exemption.
