My last girlfriend in Texas was from Medellin. I never realized how beautiful women in South America were. I wanted to marry her but she was Bi-polar and violent when drunk. The teacher in Sevilla did not work out, I returned to Texas and met another in Medellin, went to visit her and on my 2nd day in Medellin I told myself, "this is where I should have lived my whole life". 10 days after I returned to Texas my dad died and 4 months after he died I moved to Medellin without knowing more than 2 words of Spanish but I enrolled in the best language school in the world at the biggest private university in Colombia, EAFIT Universidad.

Lived in Medellin for exactly one year and it was the craziest year of my life. Like High School on steriods. It got so crazy I thought if I stayed any longer I would eventually die so I met another school teacher in Guayaquil, Ecuador and was with her for several years living in Salinas and Cuenca Ecuador; that relationship ended and truthfully, God (Jesus) disciplined me rather harshly, because I was living a crazy life, angry with God.

God closed the door for me to remain in Ecuador and He brought me to Peru and put the woman that you see in the photo in my life. It has not been an easy road for me in Peru; I went on 2 3 day fasts from food after arriving here and on the 2nd fast the Holy Spirit let me know that God was going to put me thru a test to test my faith. It has been tough.

But most restaurants use for their white cream sauce a mix that comes out of a box that includes heart stopping Partially Hydrogenated Oil. Not at the Gas Monkey. Not only is the steak just as tender, it's twice as thick and they use real, not made in a box cream sauce that is healthier is their own recipe. They have concerts there at their own outdoor small stadium that use to be cheap but I see they have gone up a little with that and food served at the stadium tables. The Onion Rings are the best in the world with the pork rind batter and they sometimes run out of those.

There are lots of restaurants in Dallas of coarse and I know unique mom and pop places but if I want reliable that is more than what Chili's can offer, a great selection of beer and such; Gas Monkey is the place in Dallas for me!

You and I have communicated on other boards in other stocks over the past few years; this is my 3rd account with I hub as I was banned in with my other accounts for being outspoken against bashers! I try not to do that any more

I need to get to sleep. I have not slept good this weekend. I have a habit of getting up at 4 and 5 even though the market opens up at 8:30 1/2 the year and 9:30 the other half; daylights saving is not observed here. We are on Texas time at the moment. I was so tired last Wednesday, I went and had 6 pisco sours at one restaurant and then walked down the street to Chili's because Wednesday is 1/2 Oldtimer burger. After I ate my burger, I fell asleep at the table. The waitress stepped outside to get the police because she was worried it was a medical situation. They woke me up and I was "no I'm fine, I just need to pay and get home".

If if you want good German food, you just drive a little to the east to Fredricksburg and when you drive thru from East to West and get to the edge of the West of town you come to a Y in the road to go either left or right and you take neither, you look directly to your left at the Y in the road and that is one of the better German restaurants in Texas!

Amarillo by morning, up from Fort Worth! So many things I miss in Texas. I have a friend, she is smoking hot, single 37 year old Peruvian no kids that post picture of her in Dallas this morning. I told her she needed to go to Mercado Jaurez and get the combo Enchilada Suiza and Jack Cheese and onion enchilada and go to The Gas Monkey for the chicken fried steak and their onion rings that use a pork rind batter! I miss those 2 meals from Texs the most!

I can ask her if she wants a date to take her to one of these 2 places if you want me to. She probably speaks decent English, she works in the travel industry and goes to the U.S. often.
