Denny
I remember when DANNY (AYA's CO/lawyer/s) told me at lunch in April 2019, that the appeal that day alone probably cost in the area of $800,000. to 1 million dollars

While I don't want to ascribe any motives to you, I can say that the Hedgies & JPM, COOP Mgmt are counting on Retail folks who will just throw in the Towel and disappear into the shadows, leaving them to reap all the Rewards of WMIH's holdings. This has been their plan all along.

Now, The 'Releases' we signed away are a 'Contract'. A Contract, by definition, cannot be one-sided, in US Contractual Law. I came to learn that the 'contractual law' is so powerful that even 'an agreement on a Phone Call' about a BUY & a SELL,is Legal and has to be adhered to, by law; Otherwise, there is an automatic Breach of Contract. And so, if we do not see any "F&R" for our Releases, clearly there has been a breach of the Contract between FDIC & JPMC & Us Wamu Shareholders and the Contract is no longer legally Valid.
