They need to ramp up mining and hire a PR firm to get their name known to sustain their new market cap. This is a long term play for me expecting 10 plus next year
They needed to fund growth. The conversion can't happen until they uplist onto an exchange. It looks like they want to uplist to the NYSE. At that point we will be much higher in price and it will welcome in a ton of institutional investors who can take the converted shares out easily. it is very friendly for current sharholders.
