Institutions held on the big dump even though they bought at 2x the current price.

This is gibberish - FCEL is not an auto company.

As you can see FCEL is cow dung and not worth anything. If I was you I would buy Tesla ! its still not to late to get 100X return. Most auto companies are going to declare bankruptcy including ford and gm.
