I understand it. Clearly you do not. ICNB sells to distributor who then sells it to retail etc. QVC is probably buying direct from ICNB. I have been in the business for over 10 years. They lost Publix etc and have never gotten back to 2017 levels. They still lose big money on lower revenues. Losses are why we now have more dilution to pay for his failures.
