The facts don't matter to SOME people. 2/3rds of the AS is restricted. 5.5 million shares are HELD AT DTC which is a nice number to look at and updated on Aug 6, not long ago. Check others, not even necessarily ones with more shares, and that DTC number might not even be as current. I've seen a stock with a TRILLION AS still make new 52wk highs. AS/OS doesn't always matter. And this one is maxed meaning no more shares to add and, as a matter of fact, they are retiring shares.
