Good point. He’s making money regardless if ICNB generates revenue or not as he’s the owner of United spirits which gets paid out by ICNB. Him owing ICNB distributor is how he can manipulate who makes money and how much. They sell to United who then sells to customers who then sells the product. That is how industry works. Difference is he controls distributor as well. Giving him control to manipulate what ICNB makes off a sale. Since losing millions it's not ICNB getting much.
