$SSTY Here is the rule but I am still looking for the list. It appears to me that SSTY's position is basically the same except that a person will be restricted from buying, they will only be able to sell.
IMO, the volume surge that began in January this year is a precursor to becoming current and I expect that to happen before September 28. Again, this is only my opinion.
