SSTY is not required to file, it is on the "gray" market and the only possible change is it will be designated as being on the "expert market" as you can for yourself below......All securities on our markets must comply with the rule and provide current information on or before the September compliance date. Companies designated as Pink “No Information” will move to the Expert Market on September 28th unless they comply with the new requirements.
