Hey .. I love me .. remember the word Patience please .. and please don’t speak for all of us, especially knowing my personal position in this company, which is at a MUCH higher level of shares. I keep buying quite a few shares every week, prior to our FIRST acquisition .. This stage we’re in right now is an ACCUMULATION stage, that many of us have continued to take advantage of .. Once we have our 1st acquisition in play, then it’s time to get to the masses and promote our vision .. but until then, feel fortunate you’re in the know (WE KNOW WHY WE’RE invested with Mike & team). I also want to see high returns, but also know XCRT is just getting started. I highly suggest you step away for a bit if you’re stressed, and let’s see where we are in a few more months. This is NOT a day trading stock - it’s an investment that should pay high dividends in the future .. very confident we will all be happy!!

But reading this : “all of us that know the story have all the shares that we need. I am now at over 1.5 million shares myself, I am not buying any more I imagine most of you are in the same boat”

All of us ?? I don’t think so! I know you’re LONG here so I’m not knocking your comments too much, because you have quite a few shares .. just please don’t send out messages like that .. all that does is attract the shorts, looking for any weaknesses. This response from me to you is just a reminder to please keep your patience, and when in doubt, go back and do some DD on why you accumulated over 1 million shares / hopefully not for a quick sell .. wait for a zip code life changing event & if you need to pay your mortgage along the journey, do what you need to do in small increments.

Ok - have a great night & again, this is NO attack what so ever. I’ve picked up over a million new shares in the past few weeks and I’m not close to being done :). I sure know why I’m here.

So I saw the filing yesterday…..did my normal DD and decided to wait to let someone else break the good news. Everyone focusing on the clean shell.

We already knew that.

You have to roll up your sleeves and read the filing. Every detail. Leave no rock unturned.

And there it is on page 10 under the heading Service Providers. Not a section most people would take time to read. I spent days trying to figure out the Investment Banker. Everyone complained why didn’t they name them?

I answered that it would make sense there was a contingency they remain unnamed until they had a cherries audit verify the no debt shell that makes XCRT such and attractive merger candidate ( as well as their impressive people involved)Part of the DD process.

So what does this filing show? Network 1 Financial is the investment Banker. I have been doing some DD on them and they specialize in taking small emerging growth companies from OTC pink or QB to NASDAQ. Doing mergers and acquisitions and raising the necessary capital for them to enact their business plan.

I’m shocked no one saw this. Don’t only look for what you already know to verify it. Look for new things in every filing. Know what you own.

CG- congrats on selling property. Hopefully you can get the funds quick enough to benefit from this great news. You’ve been great keeping board going during quiet times to remind people what they own.

As usual al Mike continues to methodically check off all the things he said he would do to make this a NASDAQ worthy company. Everyone saying he’s just sitting on his hands has no idea what it takes to accomplish that goal.
