PwC's Christian Bourque was Monitor/Bankruptcy Trustee, CCAA file was deleted from their website as was the case with BioAmber CCAA file.

BioSyntech, Inc. was declared bankrupt in September 2010 and still trades sporadically to this day, go figure.
