Yes, sometimes, tecknical speaking, thing is different, If they said 100% buy ,that mean we should sell at high; If they said 100% sell, we shuld buy at low which based on if good news all out or not yet.
All those websites that rate stocks based on charts and analytics are usually way too early or way too late. By the time they say 100% buy, the stock has already run up and people are buying into all-time highs, creating angry bagholders who dump when it comes back down even 10%. Those sites do more damage than good. JMO.
