CDMO is an example of a contract manufacturer in biotach that leases their facility. They are valued at over $1B.
They are not just employment. Advent will own the enterprise, and that value is far more than bricks.
Oh, they should need to pay NWBO for use of the shiny facility they will operate. One would think details of that would be a bit more spelled out as related party contracts are required SEC disclosures.
I guess LP has not yet signed the contract with herself. LOL.
