Because of the adjustment on the Outstanding Share number (that was revealed on 4/2020), I think those crooks were allowed to convert and at a very depressed price, share count went up to 900M. On the other side, guess they were not allowed to dump into the market. DTCC kept the shares and released later to the market for CRGP to buy back.
