I’ll take a stab. I believe it means that with the patents in place he’s made it near impossible for anyone else to attempt to “manufacture” with very detailed processes/like materials. If you want to even try to you’d better be including the Wave or else.

IMO, "freedom of manufacturing" simply means that LWLG does not require patents, licensing, or contractual permission from any other source to produce their intended products. They are free from any other restrictions to produce what they want.
