This is true and that only concerns TD. Other platforms are not taking that stance so I don't see it as an issue. Plus I have been buying leading up to that random date. Not worried in the least. We know the filings will happen as this is a reverse merger with very lofty goals. Why would anyone even consider selling this stock before it takes off and gets uplisted to Nasdaq is beyond me. lol
