They could have reported weeks ago if they had their act together and actually had a positive quarter.

Waiting until the last days that they have to report is just another way they screw with their shareholders.

I guess BIEL thinks they're being suspenseful.

Actually what they've done is create 174 shareholders, 155 minus noteholders in doing that.
