I have enjoyed my time here but it is Aug 8 and I have stated that if no escrow money shows by then (now), I will be spending less time here...I have my COOP, and while i believe something may come regarding escrow...Im happy.

I have many responsibilities on my property and helping my aging mother who is 96. I have enjoyed the moderator position but have stepped away from that as well.

I will still check in from time to time.... I would like to add this, to keep your posts from getting deleted..
