You're right. I'll wager we get an update either way next week though. If not a PR about closing it, a PR that it is still moving forward with a tentative date.

And yes, the SEC has to be satisfied. And everyone should rest assured that it will be fine by them seeing that UVCL nor Pure Romance are cursed to be run by Rufus Paul Harris.
