Merger Closing Date

People here keep quoting that the merger will be completed by the end of January. We need to remember that the source for this was from the November 15, 2006 10Q. Folks, that was over 2 months ago. There are a whole host of reasons that this could be delayed a week or two. This possible merger will not be finalized until the SEC is satisfied.
