I told you all North Carolina LOVES its big titles and big Statutes and good-ol'-boy networks... Especially in the Unifour area (Hickory and surrounding counties)... I am right now dealing with Catawba County Building Services Dept on something else and it is a never-ending headache...

Logic, fact and common sense will NEVER be allowed in this area in matters involving any Governmental Body... I have been here over 21 years from Colorado. It plays out like a scene from "My Cousin Vinnie" every time...
