Also is it not more possible that a company like Intel or any other such big entity would rather do some sort of partnership, buy a % stake in the company, let the company move the technology forward, and they would have the inside track on how the company is progressing on different fronts, and then down the road, maybe make an offer that Lightwave could not refuse.
Based on what Lebby has indicated strongly so far that we will partner with Foundries (PDK Process), so no one customer can have a monopoly.
