SMDM: as soon as I rebought @.33 it did nothing ( negligent volume) for weeks, and unless they firmly announce they need the new .30 cent shares
to fund giant new order flow, I expect that this stock will wilt for eons and be a reminder of my self inflicted hail Mary buy on misapplied theory of likely short term bottom.

SMDM used the private placement to swap out another big shareholder for Stingray https://finance.yahoo.com/news/singing-machine-announces-complete-stock-120000219.html

On their conference call it sounded like this year the retailers will be buying more from SMDM since they got good sell through.

SMDM I will not touch as 1/4 million containers waiting to be unloaded on west coast, and stuff can/may not meet Xmas deadlines?.
