SMDM approved a 1 - 10 to 1 - 30 reverse split. Currently shares and warrants and options all at current price are:

51,500,00 warrants with a weighted exercise price of $0.33 issued and outstanding; and

1,700,000 options to purchase shares of our common stock with a weighted exercise price of $0.32 issued and outstanding.
