Looks to me like he cut his losses and made a run to his home to work with people who are interested in working to earn a salary.

Here is the truth;

1. Li just this year went to bat defending Liquidmetal branding in the USA. That doesn’t sound like someone who cut his losses and ran home.

2. Li just hired a new CEO and will be paying out $240,000 a year and gave him 7.5 million share options, diluting Li’s own shares. Again, that doesn’t sound like someone who cut his losses and ran away, quite the opposite.

He probably was just as scammed as the rest of us

As for being scammed, this is the farthest thing from the truth.

Anyone using there reason can deduce that Li is in fact moving forward with great success using liquidmetal in China, and is now in a position to bring this to LIQUIDMETAL USA.

FOR THOSE SEEKING TRUTH: Hauwei is now on there second generation Hinge!!!

2021 Meeting of Stockholders

Lugee Li’s Message via BB

To date, we've had a a hundred percent on-time delivery for all customer orders with high level of quality. Beyond reducing costs, restructuring was designed to expand our operations capability. We now offer customers established highly scalable production that is responsive to changing requirements and has been fully qualified for premier global company. Also, the increased scale of combined operations has enabled rapid improvements and efficiencies. Reducing the cost of producing alloys, making molds, casting parts and finishing parts.

Finally, the combined knowledge gained from developing a range of applications greatly increases our ability to take on challenging new projects. Liquidmetal is a breakthrough technology that outperforms conventional manufacturing in many ways. It's unmatched in producing volumes of complex parts with micron level precision. It's the material of choice when strength, elasticity, and corrosion resistance are required.

However, this level of performance for parts requires zirconium based alloys, which are costly. Also, the set up costs for any injection molding process must be amortized over high volumes to be cost effective. Thus, our technology is best suited for customers developing premium high-performance products that are sold at high volume. These customers are very attractive, but also very demanding. Before relying upon a new technology, its material properties must be thoroughly understood and ideally proven in fielded applications.

To inspire confidence, it's essential that we prototype and test product designs extensively. Again, the best validation comes from real world experience with fielded products. Light house applications show the way for the design of new products. Fielding these applications may be the catalyst for rapid growth of amorphous metal technology.

We have good news on this front. EON has developed sophisticated hinges for two generations of Hauwei’s folding phones. These hinges showcase the remarkable properties of amorphous metal technology. The hinge components must be exceptionally flat over the full length of the phone. They must be strong and elastic. Critically because of the way these parts join together, the point to point dimensions between features must be accurate within microns. Thousands of these hinges are now in use around the globe.
