Just do some DD on Tony Uccello and look at all his share selling SCAMs that end up with nothing!

INCC is his current ATM machine, This is the only way he makes money!

He is taking care of himself. His ongoing scamming is the reason his new SCAMs do not run very far!

He knows he has to dump real soon to make any money..
