Correct, Xu is definitely not incompetent.

Xu is a serial scammer. He does THAT very well.

XU is trying I grant you that but it was a HUGE oversight for him not to know the 1st quarter revenues (ended May 31) were missed and the deadline was like July 14 or 15 which took SBES off the current pink sheets after being there only one day. That should never have been missed especially how hard XU was working to get current.

I have to believe though that it was an honest mistake (as we all make them) and XU will go the distance and make this whole thing right.

This merger thing though has been going on for two years so I am not even going to touch that with a 10 foot pole.
