Well seeing how they have been right 100% of the time and the folks predicting $$$ wrong 100% of the time, I think it is a bit justified...is August over yet?

Where did I say nothing is coming back?!? I always was and still am pro-escrow, but NOT with these "napkin" numbers that would get me $4.1+ million! They also don't make sense if you compare what Ps and Us would get...
