Given Singer's record for winning cases and awards, i would have expected some degree of intellectual curiosity by the appeals Judges to see what Singer had constructed. It was excruciatingly obvious that they blew it off. The systemic failure by the courts is absolutely unforgivable, and frankly, ought to be reviewed by some oversight authority. It's one thing if we had enjoyed a strongly contested case on the merits, but this was clearly malpractice at "all" levels.
In any case, today was a good day. We'll take it.
