Daemon, the allegations (yes still allegations at this point) against 13D are very damming if true. I’ve yet to hear anyone from this group specifically defend some of these. The fashion upon which they crafted this takeover blows my mind. Had they put together a board without conflicts of interest like this we would be discussing this whole proxy much differently.
Nader is the 3rd highest paid exec in OR behind the top brass at Nike ( which book gazillions in revenue) and you call the 13d guys crooks. Fascinating
