Call me crazy but wouldn't it have made more sense to have a backroom deal with BigPharma and say if we get voted in, we can negotiate the sale of an indication at X.. to be their mantra to swing the vote? I may have actually rooted for them.
Doing business this way? ANYONE with an elementary education can figure out these are a bunch of crooks. I mean ANYONE (the short thesis would even have to agree).
