mordicai, your thoughts on the following. When WMIH emerged on 3/19/2012 from bk court as a separate go-forward company with clean accounting WMIH said, "we believe there was an Ownership Change" so either there was or there was not.
1) I believe and always have that since the OC was within a half of one percent of an OC, when the BK cases (terminated on 1/23/2020) and WMILT (not dissolved YET), are finally finished and once Old & Cold shares are returned to the investors who signed timely releases by 3/2012, I believe there will NOT have been an OC thus allowing WMIH/COOP billions more in tax attributes and/or NOLs.
2) What are your thoughts concerning the WMIH statement of, "we believe there was an OC" in the year 2012?
