Not true. GV and V are on the same tier on several formularies. Recently,GV was moved up and v was moved down so they would be on the same tier. I believe this was done to avoid the inducement by payer claim.

Wow. Did not know about CA law. Sounds ripe for another lawsuit if AMRN has some spare cash to throw at it.

Clearly if CA cares about it's citizens and their costs they should look deeper.
