That's totally unfounded fear mongering. If Bidi is purchased, it will not be for a random $200M price tag. The earlier offering that was being talked about was for $50M. Whatever it is it will be determined by experts making the valuation, not by Niraj, and it will benefit shareholders in general.
People need to get a grip. This isn't the OTC pinks.
