Quarterly filings aren't needed for "pink limited teir" status. I cross referenced stocks on the otc markets and the "pink limited teir" stocks are not on the sec list to get suspended. So the filings to date should be enough to keep RGBP safe. Just a few minor otc markets updates are needed, can be uploaded easily I believe.

This 10k was to Sept 30, 2020. They need to file Q's for oct-dec then jan to March. The April to June is coming due. They are so close.
