To be fair that isn’t exactly what he said. He wasn’t that stupid…but he did say that the offering price would not be what the “placeholder” price was in that particular S-1/A…$7.65. And given he was saying that against the backdrop of the concerns expressed to him about what was in the S-1/A he was certainly implying it would be higher.
Ah yes you are correct. I rephrase my comment to align with yours.
It can be hard to remember everything at times because Rory or whoever began deleting most of the video documents he made of himself and made it hard for the public eye to view SHACS anymore.
But yes, he was almost implying the share price would be higher, but it wasn't. He was strongly hinting and it did nothing but bury the share price.
