I believe that because there wasn't any reason to drive it from about 21 dollars down to 5. I had to sell to cover Margin Calls. Started Selling at $14 Plus down to $8.50 last 1000 Shares. Held 5700 Plus Shares dumped everything. And each time I sold pre Market on the way down they where scoffed up in the blink of an eye. So now I don't use Margin at all but my account is a Margin Account. I believe KKR was the root cause of the sell off. So if the Market Makers make the Market Guess what they Control the Market and Price. And these Hedge Funds control the direction. Where are they located on Wall Street. When I went to the WMIH Share Holder Meeting's the right side of the room was all KKR at least 20 or more people. Everyone on the other side was Retail.
