“Cashflow positive” means positive OPERATIONAL cashflow.

It does not include cash derived from financing or equity sales… it is cash produced by the business operations.

And when the operational cashflow is negative, as it is with Verb and will be for some time, they must sell equity to meet their cash needs. And that is dilutive.
