As to your point #4 - it could drop quite a bit more than 50-60% if the delay you postulate could happen does happen. A subset of 'us' may also decide to sell out newly received COOP shares in a short period of time. Flooding the market and further depressing share prices in the near term.

Large Green, I'm not thinking COOP's management will take us down the path of your question/point #4. The company still has approximately 108B set aside and accounted for to purchase shares back. That fact, coupled with a new demand from private and institutional investors created by the new path that lies ahead will swallow up any weak shares for sale and any shares sold and purchased back by COOP will benefit all of remaining shareholders to some degree.

IMO there is no reason to withhold any Off Book assets back at this point as it would indicate to me mismanagement by the officers and BOD. I do believe that Chris Marshall can make this a smooth transition going forward, at least I have faith in that at this moment in time.

Sentiment published this morning indicates both BOA and JPM see business expansion, pent up demand for housing, cars, credit and positive growth for the economy this year and into the near future. There will be some hiccups along the way as the supply chains are facing shortages of raw good and labor.

There are jobs out there being created, people will need to get off their asses and hand outs and get back to work.

"oniro3363, here is some food for thought:

1) If COOP issues shares to Old & Cold investors who signed timely releases by 3/2012, then there is the possibility of dilution ONLY if NOT accompanied with the value

2) My guess is when shares are issued there will also be value issued associated with the dilution to a minimum offset the dilution, otherwise potential litigation morass

3) If the value associated with the share issuance is much greater, then a forward split may happen to keep the COOP equity price relative to the same range before

4) Here is YOUR gamble. Will, there be a delayed timeframe whether hours, days or weeks between the share issuance and the potential value associated with the transaction and if so, then there could be a huge 50 to 60 percent drop in COOP price

5) GOOD LUCK to ALL INVOLVED!"
