Linda and the gang reward themselves via options based on milestone reached. . . The most tricky part is the price of options they get rewarded.

Are you saying that the options that management received do not have prices associated with them until they reach the milestones? I am pretty sure they already have prices but that they are not exerciseable until the milestones are reached. But maybe these are different than the ones I have seen?
